Join Micro Solutions and support the digital transformation of medical, diagnostic, and research laboratories. As a Product Specialist in LIS/LIMS, you will be a key partner for our clients, responsible for developing long-term relationships, analyzing laboratory processes, and presenting the value of our LIMS solutions. You will also actively support the sales process from first contact to contract signing.

🔍 Your responsibilities:

- Build and develop long-term relationships with clients from the medical, laboratory, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and reach out to potential customers
- Co-create and execute sales strategies for LIMS products
- Analyze and optimize client and laboratory processes
- Prepare offers, presentations, and system demonstrations
- Create and maintain implementation and project documentation
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings
- Negotiate cooperation terms and support the sales process end-to-end
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs in the MedTech / HealthTech sector

✅ Our requirements:

- University degree in a laboratory-related field (biotechnology, chemistry, pharmacy, medical analytics, or similar)
- Excellent command of English (min. C1) and good command of Polish (min. B2)
- Experience with LIS/LIMS systems or working in a laboratory environment
- Experience in managing sales processes
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to independently identify sales opportunities
- Willingness to travel occasionally

Neuroscience research generates highly complex and multimodal datasets, including those from imaging, behavioral studies, and omics. Handling this data securely, consistently, and without errors is one of the greatest challenges researchers face today.

We will demonstrate how these challenges can be solved in practice:
- MSOL Platform (LIMS-class system) → integrates multimodal data into one secure system, supports low-code customization, and connects directly with experimental equipment to ensure standardized, reproducible workflows and to prevent data loss.
- AI-powered image analysis → using astrocyte data as an example, we’ll show how custom analysis modules can save hundreds of researcher hours while improving consistency and reproducibility of results.
- MicroMeet (NLP-based assistant) → supports collaboration with secure meeting transcription, document management, and customizable reporting — all within local infrastructure, ensuring both efficiency and data privacy.

We had an amazing time on our recent integration trip! 🚌✨

We kicked things off early in the morning, heading out from Wrocław and starting our adventure with a fascinating tour of the Stara Kopalnia (Old Mine) in Wałbrzych. The industrial history and underground atmosphere definitely impressed us! ⛏️

Later, we split into groups to try our hand at cyber shooting and bowling – lots of laughs and friendly competition! 🎯🎳

After checking into our hotel and grabbing a well-deserved meal, we wrapped up the evening with a fun integration dinner and Team Quest, where our knowledge (and teamwork!) were put to the test. 🍽️🧠🍻

On Sunday, after a relaxed breakfast and check-out, we explored the mysterious underground tunnels of the Włodarz Museum – a chilling but unforgettable experience ❄️.

We came back to Wrocław with great memories, stronger bonds, and plenty of stories to tell. 😊

Z radością informujemy, że nasza firma otrzymała dofinansowanie z Funduszy Europejskich na realizację przełomowego projektu! 🎉

Firma Micro Solutions Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu, ul. Legnicka 55f, uzyskała dotację z Unii Europejskiej na projekt:
„Opracowanie nowych modułów dla systemu laboratoryjnego typu LIS z wykorzystaniem algorytmów sztucznej inteligencji oraz rozszerzonej rzeczywistości.”

Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie nowych modułów dla systemu laboratoryjnego MSOL klasy LIS/LIMS z wykorzystaniem algorytmów sztucznej inteligencji oraz rozszerzonej rzeczywistości.
Projekt zakłada realizację prac badawczo-rozwojowych, w ramach których wdrożone zostaną m.in.:
• szybkie przetwarzanie dużych zbiorów danych,
• zaawansowane wyszukiwanie wielopłaszczyznowe,
• sterowanie systemem głosem i wirtualny asystent,
• inteligentne wyszukiwanie literatury naukowej zgodnej z wynikami badań,
• sugestie najczęściej używanych opcji na podstawie analizy pracy użytkownika,
• moduł biobanku oraz system zarządzania odczynnikami z funkcją predykcji zużycia i rozpoznawania ilości.

System będzie w pełni konfigurowalny z poziomu użytkownika, a jego głównymi odbiorcami będą laboratoria diagnostyczne i naukowe.

Efektem prac będzie innowacyjny system, który przyczyni się do poprawy zdrowia społeczeństwa dzięki szybszej diagnostyce i ograniczeniu błędów ludzkich. Projekt wzmocni także konkurencyjność naszej firmy.
