👉 Together with the Tricity Data Community Poland, we would like to invite you to the 22nd meeting of the Data Community Trójmiasto in Gdańsk, which will take place at the Objectivity - part of Accenture office on Garnizon on 21 February! The upcoming event will be about Airflow, DBT, and data visualisation.

One of the speakers will be Damian Widera, a Data Solution Architect at Objectivity - part of Accenture, who has prepared a presentation titled “Airflow + DBT = ETL”.

We start at 6pm, and after the meeting we invite you for pizza and networking!

We are constantly improving the formula for the best accessibility meeting. Based on the proven ingredients like empathy and engaged participants sharing experiences from their professional and private lives, we have improved the format by adding transcription and Polish Sign Language translation.

By removing further communication barriers, together we’re building not only better events, but a bridge between groups who didn’t have the opportunity to meet before. And most importantly, we’re learning from each other while having fun. Here’s a short overview of the last Accessibility A11y meeting! 🖐

It is a space for people interested in the broad topic of accessibility in the digital world, design, architecture and social action. From design, testing to implementation and realisation of products or services that take into account different needs, breaking through limitations.

As the year is coming to an end, we would like to summarise and appreciate all CSR activities.

There was a lot going on! We donated the 233,693 PLN to CSR activities, supported 23 foundations and 15 individual beneficiaries, and that’s just the beginning!

ObjectivityPeople have been unwavering in their commitment to charity activities this year. We have divided them into several categories, as it will be easier to summarise them this way.

Objectivity Team took part in the Air Quality Hackathon (6-8 Dec 2023)! 🌱🌍

Exciting news! Our team: Eryk Zimonczyk, Adam Szczygielski, Jakub Szarawara, and Lukasz Pawliczak joined the Air Quality Hackathon organised by Tech To The Rescue in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This event brought together 50+ teams from tech companies to tackle the world’s biggest silent killer: air pollution. Toxic air affects up to 99% of people worldwide, causing 6.7 million premature deaths annually (WHO), severely impacting Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia.

During the hackathon, participants had to provide solutions to the presented problems: https://hacktotherescue.org/challenges in a very tight time frame. Our team took on Challenge #2: A digital product to transform art into awareness, digitising "Clean Lungs" and reflecting real-time air quality impacts globally.

Each winning team in a challenge gets to choose a non-profit organisation for a $1,000 cash donation from the organisers! The stakes are high, and the cause is noble. 🤗💚

Last week, Damian Widera, our Data Architect, took the stage once more, sharing invaluable insights on "Designing & Implementing Machine Learning and AI in Microsoft Fabric" at DevAI by Data Science Summit!

is where software creators gather to stay ahead of trends & implement cutting-edge AI solutions. It's a unique conference dedicated to developers, supported by Poland's largest data community centred around the Data Science Summit.

Our annual health campaign came to a close! ❤

To prioritise all our employees' health, we:
- Organised discussions on mental and physical health, with a special focus on cancer prevention 👩‍⚕️
- Brought in experts like Aga Szuścik and Kamila Raczyńska Dobre Ciało for engaging lectures and workshops.
- Held two charity initiatives, donating 200 PLN to Fundacja Kapitan Światełko for every participant (totalling 9000 PLN).
