From law school to leading MasterBorn’s finances, meet Agata Kuśmirek, our Finance guru! 💰
Agata’s path here wasn’t exactly a straight line, and that’s what makes it a great one.
She started out studying law while working as a business development manager, but something felt off. She started collaborating with MasterBorn as an office assistant, working closely with every department, deep in the operational side of things. Then one day she got the chance to help out with finance... and never left. She went back to school, this time for finance, and today she’s the one keeping MasterBorn’s numbers in check.
What does she do at MasterBorn?
Agata runs the financial side of the house: payroll, reports, analysis. Her favorite part? Seeing her work actually matter. Her dashboards aren’t just numbers on a screen, they directly shape the decisions we make.
What matters most to her in her work?
Timeliness, precision, accountability. In finance, there’s no getting around it.
Her motto:
“Finance isn’t just numbers on a screen, it’s the story the data tells, and the decisions that shape the future.”
And outside of work?

Fun fact: She spent her entire time in school running from math. Fast forward to today, and it’s her daily bread, who knew numbers could be this satisfying?
