GRINN

Welcome to Grinn, where Internet of Things concepts become a reality. Based in Wroclaw, Poland’s high-tech hub, we are a team of consultants, designers and engineers – bound together by our love of new ideas. We combine decades of commercial experience with the energy and dynamism of new graduates from Wroclaw’s universities. With a flair for problem-solving, a global outlook and a flexible approach, we are equally at home helping start-ups realise their vision or working as specialist component designers for major corporations. Grinn is a close-knit, friendly place to work drawn together by our passion for problem-solving and fascination with technology. Our founders, Robert Otreba and Lukasz Gadja, work at the heart of the business, and have built a talented team that blends commercial experience with creativity and energy – recrutiing from local universities and the wider industry. Engineers, designers and coders typically work across multiple projects, in agile teams led by experienced project managers. While the project manager is the main point of contact, customers will often find themselves interacting with different members of the team as the situation requires.
