After over 7 years of successful remote collaboration, our Zaven team had the fantastic opportunity to visit our client, Installation Made Easy, Inc. in the USA. The experience of finally meeting in person after such a long time was invaluable, not just for strengthening our business relationship but also in better understanding their needs.
Their extraordinary hospitality made us feel like old friends reconnecting, rather than meeting for the first time. Face-to-face meetings are crucial in building business relationships—they allow us to better understand the needs and expectations of our partners, enabling us to deliver even stronger solutions.
We discussed work projects and finalized the details of upcoming projects but also connected over shared passions, interests, and had more than a few laughs. It's those genuine bonds and shared sense of humor that make a great collaboration even better! We're so grateful for the time we spent with our colleagues at Installation Made Easy and are excited about what we have planned together. Let’s keep the momentum going!
