Whoever does not eat a single doughnut on , according to folk superstitions, will have no luck for the whole year. Better not to risk it, right? So...how many donuts have you eaten today?🍩😁

It was worth coming to the office and feasting with colleagues.😋
On Fat Thursday we don't count calories, at most we can burn some after work (one donut is e.g. 30 minutes of running or 60 minutes of vacuuming)💪🏃‍♀️

We participated in a wonderful charity action "Nuts for Hospice".

Thanks to the joint commitment of our employees, we helped sick children and their families in Lower Silesia. What's more, we took care of the environment.🌳

We are more than happy to be a part of this initiative. Thank you all for your kindness and big hearts💜

Barbara joins Solteq as Team Leader and Scrum Master. She graduated from Wrocław University of Science and Technology with a master’s in Computer Science in 2018 and began her career as a .NET developer.

Gradually, as her responsibilities changed, she became a team leader and warehouse specialist, which better suited both her interests and capabilities.💪

Barbara loves engaging with people and often helps at film festivals and other art-related events.🎬

In a healthy body, a healthy mind!💪

Mental balance is the foundation of well-being. In the 21st century, depression is an epidemic that has taken root in society. Mental problems should not be stigmatized and we need to have an open dialogue.🤝

At Solteq, together with EAP24 nowoczesny benefit, we have periodic webinars with psychologists during which the topics of building mental resilience, dealing with difficult emotions, and understanding our fears are discussed. Our employees have the opportunity to ask questions to experts and exchange experiences.

Let's remember to get enough rest, sleep, take care of physical activities and social relationships. It is important to learn to let things go and accept our emotions.🧘‍♀
