Thanks to everyone who joined, connected, and shared insights at one of the key e-commerce events in Central & Eastern Europe.

We’re proud that wecanfly was part of this year’s agenda with two sessions.

Tomek Runowicz and Maciek Czerniak spoke about „Agentic Commerce. The biggest shift in the history of e-commerce” – looking at how AI, automation, and agent-based systems are already changing the way online businesses operate and scale.

On the tech side, Wiktor Wiśniewski, our Senior Full-Stack Developer, presented: „How accessibility turns good products into global products” – showing why accessibility is not just a nice-to-have, but a real driver of better user experience and global growth.

And as always, a lot of the real value happened beyond the stage – in conversations with people building e-commerce every day.

Most fashion PDPs are product display pages. Le Collet's is a sales engine. 🔥

There's a gap between a page that shows a product and one that sells it. The difference is usually invisible until you look at the data.

When we upgraded Le Collet's Shopify Plus store to theme 2.0, the PDP got the most attention – because that's where the purchase decision actually happens.

Here's what changed:
✺ Size selection became precise. Not a generic size chart – per-garment measurements for every collection category, plus Keep AI integration that recommends a size based on the customer's own data. When a size S in one trouser line means a L in another, ambiguity kills the sale. We removed the ambiguity.
✺ Sold-out products still do a job. Items out of stock show in black and white – a subtle visual cue that keeps the listing clean, builds desire, and signals scarcity without a clunky banner.
✺ Live boutique stock availability – customers can see whether a product is available in a physical Le Collet store. One PDP, two channels covered.
✺ Custom upsell and cross-sell – built for the brand, not bolted on from an app.

The results validated the approach. 🚀 Black Friday brought a 300% sales increase in 24 hours. Repeat Purchase Rate grew 31% YoY. Returns started coming down.

A well-built PDP doesn't just answer "do I want this?" – it answers "will it fit, where can I get it, and what else should I look at?" That's the full job.

Last week, we joined the Agency Summit 2026 in Málaga, hosted by Plytix and Littledata – easily one of the better industry events we’ve attended recently. 🔥
