We recently attended the SoDA - Software Development Association Poland Conference in Łódź, held this year under the theme New Reality – Adoption & Resilience. It was our first time — and definitely not the last!

Across two packed days, we listened to insightful talks and panel discussions on the evolving software development landscape — from the impact of AI and global market shifts to new regulations and what they mean for our industry.

There was also a strong focus on practical challenges: budget planning, sales strategies, and how investing in open source can open new doors and spark valuable connections.

The panels covered everything from securing funding and showcasing domestic AI innovation, to navigating international expansion and the investment potential of software houses.

The afterparty and networking in the Oceanic Tunnel were the cherry on top. We were genuinely impressed by the open, welcoming atmosphere. Even as first-time participants, we felt like part of a close-knit group — eager to share knowledge and experiences.
