To all top-talent software development novices - Sparkbit Fellowship recruitment for the autumn batch is open now!
You can send your application by 15 October, but the sooner you send it, the sooner you will get the assignment.
What is Sparkbit Fellowship?
It’s our elite professional development program dedicated to talented but less-experienced newcomers - graduates of Computer Science studies from one of the top technical universities. It's a mutual contract - during the three stages of the program, you'll get all the knowledge and skills to join one of our projects in a regular-level position.
How does it look?
It's a mentorship program, so you'll be guided by a senior developer, but his involvement will get smaller with each stage. The process will give you a full stack skillset - frontend, backend, database, and DevOps - up to our high standards.
What are the stages?
At first, you'll develop a simple application in a fail-free sandbox environment. Then, you'll be assigned to a project and do introductory tasks to get hands-on experience. The last stage involves building two fairly comprehensive features requested by the client, with minimal mentor guidance. After you graduate, you're an independent developer ready to join one of our product teams.
Ok, I'm the perfect candidate. How do I get more information?
There will be a live Q&A session with Szymon Bemowski, head of the program. If you’re interested, please leave a comment.
