A few days ago, our team stopped building AI and started hanging ornaments.
We decorated our office Christmas tree together—complete with baubles in OMNIVISER colors. 🟣

The best part? Finally getting that star on top.

It's a small tradition, but it reminds us what we're building here: an American-Polish company where programmers in Warsaw, Krakow & Poznan and business leaders in the US share the same mission—helping executives cut through data overload and make decisions faster.

Welcome aboard, Radek! 🚀
OMNIVISER just strengthened our implementation team with a true master of taming chaos.
Radosław Suchmiel joins us on a mission: to make our deployments run like clockwork – fast, repeatable, and painless for our clients.

1️⃣ What does Radek do at OMNIVISER?

I organize processes and internal information to make them scalable and clear. I build project management structures and work with clients – analysing the processes and creating data structures that correlate and provide insight for our solutions. Together with Magda Zdrojkowska, we're building the implementation department – we want to push OMNIVISER toward strong, repeatable delivery and excellent customer experience.

2️⃣ Where did he come from?

Radek's walked the full path: business → technology → business. From analyst, through developer, all the way to leading IT teams. For the last two years, he managed the DEV and IT projects in big private healthcare company.
Our CTO - Jan Kwapisz brought him to OMNIVISER – he was sold on the vision of a future where every company has its own AI that helps them sell smarter, buy better, and operate faster.

3️⃣ Fun fact: Radek has a huge greyhound who's the apple of his eye. So if you ever see him at a meeting with dog hair on his jacket – now you know why!

OMNIVISER just leveled up our implementation game with someone who turns complex business chaos into elegant, user-focused solutions.

Magdalena Zdrojkowska joins us with years of battle-tested experience making financial products actually work for real companies.

1️⃣ What does Magda bring to OMNIVISER?

For years I've worked as a project manager, mainly in finance, where I developed financial products for companies and launched new services to market. I love dissecting business processes, simplifying them, and making them make sense. I'm passionate about service design and creating services based on real user needs – that's why I've led customer research, actively incorporating their perspective into solution development and communication strategies.

2️⃣ Why this matters for our clients:

Magda designs experiences. She's spent her career asking: "What does the user actually need?" and then building processes that deliver exactly that. No fluff, no unnecessary complexity, just solutions that work.

Together with Radek Suchmiel she's building our implementation department to ensure every OMNIVISER deployment is smooth, repeatable, and drives real business results.

3️⃣ When she's not transforming business processes:

Magda is climbing mountains or catching waves. Literally. Mountain hiking and surfing keep her balanced between strategic thinking and pure adventure.

Meet Madzia – Our Cognitive Science Explorer! 🧠✨
OMNIVISER just got smarter with someone who bridges technology and human thinking.
Magdalena Homel (Madzia) joined us as an intern who sees both the forest and the trees – the big picture strategy and the tiny details that make it all work.

And then... she stayed and joined our team as a Junior AI Engineer

1️⃣What brought Madzia to OMNIVISER?

I got interested in AI when I discovered it could do things I don't like doing. That's why last year I started studying cognitive science at Jagiellonian University (Krakow) – the perfect field for someone who loves connecting technology with how humans actually work. I found OMNIVISER on LinkedIn while checking out career opportunities after cognitive science (still not entirely sure what they are :P). Fate had it that they were looking for student interns – and here I am!

2️⃣ The honest truth:

Maybe I don't understand everything yet, and maybe sometimes I don't know exactly what I'm doing, but I really like what OMNIVISER is creating... and even more, I love the people who are creating this company
