At BLANK, we believe that creating a memorable gameplay experience is a team effort, not a one-person job. That's why, over the past few days, we've held an internal Festival of Ideas, where all team members could work on concepts they'd like to see in our game, even if these were outside their areas of expertise.
The event culminated in presenting these ideas on stage (or online, in some cases) in front of the entire team. Even though some of us experienced stage fright (who doesn’t, after all?), it was a great opportunity to break from our daily routine and spend a day exploring creative ideas.
Many fantastic concepts were shared during the event, sparking valuable discussions. Now, we need to digest all of this and decide which ideas will make it into the final game—but we already know that initiatives like this will make our game even better.
