CodeYourPath is a refugee programming learning initiative aimed at empowering refugees through programming education. Our mission is to provide refugees in Poland with the opportunity to learn programming languages and acquire the skills they need to succeed in the technology industry. We believe that everyone should have access to quality education and the chance to reach their full potential, re
gardless of their background or circumstances. Our program is designed to be accessible and inclusive, with a focus on providing a supportive learning environment for all participants. Currently, we are in the early stages of our initiative and do not have the financial resources to offer a range of programming courses. However, our goal is to provide refugees in Poland with the opportunity to learn popular and non-difficult programming languages such as Python, JS, SQL, CSS, and HTML in the future. We are not only seeking programmers but also English teachers who are willing to help refugees learn the language to facilitate their transition into their new profession, as well as recruiters and HR specialists who can aid in creating high-quality resumes and conducting mock interviews. Over the next few months, we plan to organize online and offline workshops and mentorship meetings to help participants build their skills and confidence. These sessions will be led by experienced instructors and industry professionals, who will share their expertise and provide support and guidance to our participants.
