"As AI has become more widespread, the rules have not become more embedded in everyday practice, but rather are more often treated as a loose point of reference than a strict instruction." 💡

That's a takeaway from our latest report "How Is AI Changing Poles’ Daily Lives?", which XYZ draws on in an article about the AI paradox inside Polish companies. ‼️

The numbers speak for themselves: in 2025, only 37% of Polish employees always followed their company's AI guidelines. A year earlier it was 44%. Another 26% follow the rules "sometimes". Meanwhile, real AI usage keeps climbing: 76% in IT and telecoms, 60% in real estate, 58% in science and technology, 43% in construction.

The faster AI enters the workplace, the slower policies keep pace with reality. 🐌

Future Mind works hard, but we like to relax even harder. 😎

If we missed a message over the weekend, it's because we were too busy sailing across one of the stunning Masurian lakes, catching the wind in our sails (and hair!) and sunning our faces. ☀️ After all, nothing brings a team closer together than trying not to drown. 🤝

This was the 9th edition of our annual Masuria team trip. A great chance to meet the real humans behind the Slack avatars, have proper conversations across teams, and most importantly – relax. 😮‍💨

Thank you everyone for embracing this wild adventure, for the great spirits and the boosted morale that'll carry us through the year. Here's to another great trip next year! 🥂

Universal Cart, Google's smart cart working across Search, Gemini, YouTube, and Gmail with one-click checkout through Google Pay, launches this summer with Nike, Sephora, Target, and Walmart already on board. It runs on the Universal Commerce Protocol, which leans heavily on structured product data.

Meanwhile, nearly half of Polish retailers don't plan to implement agentic commerce, with 24% still undecided. Future Mind's Barometr Retail 2026 caught the picture in January, and Google just shifted the timeline. ‼️

The conversation looked at how to build loyalty in an app when there's no classic points program, and what features, experiences, and interactions actually keep customers coming back through convenience, personalization, and interactivity. 🔥

We delivered three different versions of the app, each tailored to Lekkerland's distinct store concepts, with a focus on simple identification, secure access, and a minimalist interface usable across customer ages. The result is a scalable foundation for Lekkerland's expansion across hospitals, offices, and train stations. 🚀
