We recently teamed up with Simply.IN to redesign their mobile app. 🎉

Simply.IN is a free app that lets you shop online with a single click. You enter your details once: on every next purchase the app fills in your delivery address and payment method automatically, and checkout is done in 13 seconds. ⚡

Everything a shopper needs in one place: saved cards, addresses and parcel lockers, one-click checkout across your favourite stores, real-time shipment tracking and full purchase history. And card data is protected under the PCI DSS standard, the store never sees or stores your card number.

We also refreshed the branding and rebuilt the landing page, so design, product and brand identity finally speak one language.

Thanks, Simply.IN, for the trust. See the app in action. 👇

Poles want AI in their children's lives, but not too soon. 🤖

Those numbers come from the latest GenAI report by Future Mind, a Solita Company, picked up by Business Insider Polska:

‼️ 59% of respondents think children should start using specific GenAI tools no earlier than 13–15 or after 16,
‼️ Only 2% allow it before age 7,
‼️ 85% support GenAI use at some point in a child's development.

The ongoing debate is shifting toward practical questions: how to introduce the technology responsibly and in ways appropriate to users’ age, along with the need for stronger safeguards and parental control.

“Safeguards alone won’t be enough. Children need to learn how to ask questions, verify sources, spot mistakes, and treat AI as a tool that supports independent thinking rather than replaces it. That makes educating parents, teachers, and institutions that set the rules for using these tools just as important as holding technology creators accountable.” – says Wiesław Kotecki, Senior Advisor at Future Mind, a Solita Company.

A new sticker-collecting campaign is live in the Biedronka app! 🐞

The next edition of the beloved game we've built with Biedronka is here. Following Gang Biedroniaków and Gang Produkciaków, this year's edition – Gang Zaradniaków – invites users to collect digital stickers in the app and exchange them for physical rewards. 😎

The mechanic: 1 sticker for every 67 PLN spent with the Biedronka app or Moja Biedronka card, plus bonus stickers for fruit and vegetable purchases, special-offer products, and the in-app quiz. Rewards to collect: a book, a keychain, or a plushie from the Gang Zaradniaków collection. ⭐

That’s the third consecutive year of supporting our client in building engaging features for their app – here’s to the next ones. 🥂

Loyalty isn't a program. It's a feeling. 💫

That's the thesis Kacper Urzykowski, Senior Manager and Advisory Practice Lead at Future Mind, a Solita Company, opens with in his latest article.

In it, Kacper unpacks five reasons customers actually come back to a brand:

⭐ Price. Customers come back because it saves them money through discounts, cashback, or points,
⭐ Speed. Convenience keeps people coming back,
⭐ Proximity. Being available in the customer's preferred channel makes the choice a no-brainer,
⭐ Enjoyment. This one is subjective: a good interface, a friendly cashier, or the right atmosphere in a store,
⭐ Distinction. This is where personalization comes in, making customers feel seen by the brand.

And a bigger question the article ends on: when AI agents shop on our behalf, what does “loyalty” even mean between two algorithms?

Pepco's first mobile app, built from scratch in six months, is nominated for WaysAwards. 🎉

Future Mind, a Solita Company, built it with Pepco as one of Europe's largest retail digital transformations: a data-driven loyalty ecosystem around the Pepco Club program, running on native iOS and Android with a Python backend engineered for massive traffic. 💪

Inside the app, users can enjoy the weekly 'Tap the Heart' game, access their digital club card and personalized discount vouchers, browse a rich product catalog, add items to their wishlist, and find the closest store. 🛍️

If the paperwork and queues are all that's standing between you and open water, D-Marin's app makes them disappear. 😎⛵

Here's what a stay looks like now: you arrive at the marina, skip the queue at the front desk, and open the app. You've already booked your berth from home, chosen it on a map that shows nearby points of interest, and completed check-in with your sailing documents verified. All that's left is power and water, so you scan a QR code on the Smart Pedestal, pick your utilities and tap to pay. ⚡

Later, while you're off exploring, Sense4Boat sensors on your boat keep watch for battery issues or unusual heat. If something needs attention, your phone pings. If it's urgent, marina staff will also get notified. 🚨

Future Mind, a Solita Company, built this experience with D-Marin: a web portal, native iOS and Android apps, and a design system that ties them all together across every country D-Marin operates in. 🚀

There are two kinds of loyalty: transactional and emotional. The strongest programs design for both at once, using transactional rewards to start a habit and emotional cues to keep it going. 🔁

That’s the idea Marcin Zduńczyk explores in our latest article, looking at how leading companies turn customer data into loyalty that actually lasts. 😎

Two examples show this particularly well:

✔️ Synerise’s case study on Empik’s Advent calendar campaign: discounts and tiered missions on the transactional side, nostalgia, and daily streaks on the emotional side. A blend that built daily habits instead of one-off interactions.

✔️ Solita’s case study on S Group in Finland: a shopping behavior tracker letting customers see their own habits from plastic bag use to carbon footprint. Loyalty is tied to health and sustainability as much as to points. 💪

The honeymoon phase is over. 💔

We no longer “ooh” and “aah” over every trick AI can do. We quickly got used to the new possibilities and have started incorporating them into our daily lives and workflows. In fact, we're now more likely to be disappointed by output that looks polished at first glance but turns out to be little more than a solid first draft. ☝️

Our latest GenAI report captures this shift. The share of respondents reporting strong or very strong indifference toward AI has grown from 20% to 24% – the first sign that employees are getting comfortable with AI, treating it as just another tool in their arsenal. 🧰

That's what Kacper Urzykowski, Senior Manager and Advisory Practice Lead at Future Mind, a Solita Company, points out in the report: we've moved beyond infatuation and into an era of pragmatic AI adoption. 🚀
