Speechmatics has a live summary feature. Except... it doesn't 🤯

We built one anyway - a real-time call intelligence agent that transcribes a live call, translates it into 5 languages at once (Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Mandarin), and layers on a rolling summary + sentiment badge that updates live. All in one dashboard.

The catch: Speechmatics' summarization only runs in batch mode - there's no live toggle. So we built the workaround ourselves, streaming the transcript to Gemini every few seconds.

Looking back at the ExecuTorch Hackathon in SF - 30 amazing teams building AI that works with the internet turned off. No cloud, no excuses. 2 days of work.
