Summary of the Year 2023 at Kruko.io

The past year was full of challenges, changes, and successes for our company, and we're thrilled to share the highlights with our community!

🧑‍💻 One of the pivotal aspects of our growth was welcoming aboard 14 new talented employees to our team. They're the driving force behind our passion for crafting cutting-edge IT solutions.

🏢 Our office in Rzeszow on Borowa Street underwent a significant transformation, adding 5 new rooms. This expansion has fostered an even more inviting and dynamic workplace environment.

‍👨‍🎓 We're dedicated to nurturing young talent, and over the past year, we've mentored 11 interns through our development programs. It's a privilege to play a role in cultivating the next generation of IT leaders.

📈 Throughout 2023, we delved into 11 innovative projects, gaining invaluable experience and broadening our expertise.

🏆 Community involvement remains a priority – we proudly sponsored two events. First up was the Job Fair at Bialystok University of Technology, where we connected with aspiring graduates and supported their career journeys. The fair drew over 4,000 attendees! Additionally, we participated in BialJam, offering students a glimpse into the world of computer game development. 🎓 We've also rolled out LearnCoding.academy, our e-learning platform offering comprehensive courses in backend, frontend, and QA. We plan to expand into specialized courses for children and shorter modular training programs. We invite you to check out our offerings!

📲 Additionally, we want to express our gratitude for joining us on our online journey, where we've shared 38 posts with you on our social media platforms. This not only gives us the chance to provide valuable information but also helps us strengthen our bond with the community.

We're excited for the future and ready to tackle the new challenges that 2024 will bring!
