Congrats to Divya, kiran, Mukul, who secured the Gold Award at the nasscom AI Code Sarathi Hackathon, competing against 401 teams from across India.🎉

Their winning solution, Enterprise Knowledge Copilot (VARAG Chat), tackles the challenge of fragmented enterprise knowledge by helping users quickly find trusted information across documents, SOPs, wikis, and internal systems.

By leveraging an innovative Vector less Agentic RAG approach, the team created a solution that delivers accurate, source-grounded answers with clickable citations, making knowledge discovery faster and more reliable.

Recognized for its innovation, , business impact, and ex*****on, the solution was honored at the NASSCOM Agentic AI Confluence in Bengaluru.

Growing is at the heart of who we are at Lingaro. That's why 15+ Lingarians spent the day expanding their knowledge across Software Development, AI Engineering, and Cloud Platforms.

Today, we kick off DEI Days 2026 at Lingaro with something very special: a DEI video created by Lingarians and Alchemy.

We asked people from different countries, cultures, backgrounds, generations, and experiences one simple question: What does diversity mean to you?🌎
The answers were different, personal, and inspiring. And that's exactly why DEI matters. It's not about ticking boxes or making sure the next diversity project gets done. It's about recognizing that each of us brings a unique perspective, story, and strength that helps us learn from one another and build a better workplace together.

One of the most important parts of DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) is awareness. That's why throughout this week we'll be talking about neurodiversity, exploring different ways people think, learn, communicate, and experience the world.
