We are thrilled to introduce another one of our Partners - User Experience & Product Design.
This is an extraordinary postgraduate program offered at AGH University.

The User Experience & Product Design program bridges two worlds - the UX designer and the product manager - demonstrating that design starts with understanding users and their problems, and design decisions go beyond interface aesthetics.

Agile Poznań is a community of agile and lean practitioners and enthusiasts based in Poznań.
They were established in 2012 as PAUG, which stands for Poznań Agile User Group.
In October 2016, they changed their name and have since operated as Agile Poznań.

We are pleased to introduce another ACE! partner - Kanban przy Kawie.

The podcast “Kanban przy kawie” is a unique project by the charismatic Radek Orszewski, an independent Lean/Agile Coach and consultant who helps organizations, teams, and specialists improve their work organization. He assists not only development teams but also supporting structures: HR, recruitment, marketing, design, and company leaders and executives (C-level) in striving for business agility, rather than building local optima only within IT departments.

Radek has been working professionally in the IT products and services industry since 2006, holding various roles in international organizations (in Germany, Poland, the USA, and Asia). His agile journey began in 2008 with Scrum, and later he focused on implementing Scrum (PSM I, PSM II, PAL I, CSM, CSPO, CSP-SM/PO). Since 2012, he has concentrated on seeking effective, non-dogmatic paths to business agility using the Kanban Method and lean management tools.

In 2018, he earned the title of Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) awarded by Lean Kanban University to Kanban Method practitioners who have successfully implemented it in companies. A year later, he became one of the first Accredited Kanban Trainers (AKT) in Poland.
