Let’s scale things up a bit!

We’re Scalaric. We’ve been here for a little while now and wanted to say hi. No cheesy hello world you say? /* No comment. */ 😎🤓

We’re a software company based in Kraków, Poland. Backend, frontend, UI/UX, design and a pinch of product management… we certainly can do plenty of stuff! 💪

We like to think we’re a complete team, but not in a sense that we’re closed. New talents are always welcome to join us, we've recently hired 3 new people and there are now 15 of us here.
We're an agile team of people with varied experience and backgrounds, who all share love for efficiency and attention to detail. 👨‍💻👩🏻‍💻

It’s been clear from the very beginning that the product we deliver is what we care for the most. And by care we really do mean care. We don’t just develop once and let the project go, we develop over a period of time. Yes, we maintain and we’re not afraid of this word - it’s a choice, a natural consequence of our beliefs, which makes things we do pop. 🙌🍿

Trust and responsibility are Scalaric’s foundations. We always place them before procedures and corporate solutions. We have as little hierarchy as needed, but at the end of the day we all can have a real impact on the final shape of what we do. 🎉
