Today, we gathered for our Town Hall meeting, where we shared exciting updates and celebrated our accomplishments! 🔥

It’s always a fantastic opportunity to reflect on the progress of our projects, learn about what's coming up, and catch up on the latest company happenings. We also welcomed new team members, who have already started contributing to our journey. 💪

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Town Hall without pizza, so we enjoyed some great food while celebrating all the hard work we've put in since the last quarter. Here’s to more milestones and successes together! 🍕

After the renovation of our open space, our office is buzzing with new energy, and the autumn decorations add warmth and a cozy atmosphere that fosters creativity. The refreshed spaces are successfully encouraging our employees to visit more often! ✨

Exciting news regarding ! 🌟

Our senior consultants recently wrapped up a comprehensive training series titled 'Basic Setup of Process'. 🚀

Kamil Roganowicz, who led the first 2 parts of the series, joined forces with Damian Siedlaczek during the final third training session, allowing the participants to view the subject matter from two different perspectives.

Participants delved into essential topics like workflow management, process status tracking, and setting up insightful reports. 💡 Plus, they got a hands-on experience with real-time calculations (RTC), configuring infofields, and utilizing indicators effectively.

Huge thanks to everyone who participated and to our experts for their invaluable guidance! Stay tuned for more upcoming learning opportunities. 📚

At GGS, we can't get enough of trainings!

In January and February, we had the opportunity to organise a 3-part training series conducted by our experienced specialists.

Participants of the training sessions had the opportunity to delve into the intricacies of databases, particularly hierarchical data (reflecting complex organizational structures within our clients' companies), expand their knowledge regarding best practices, as well as recognize and mitigate the most common issues associated with hierarchical data structures.

It was an extremely wide-ranging topic, which our presenters handled superbly. Many thanks to Bartosz Ryżak, Przemysław Kot and Bartłomiej Kielech for the excellent organisation and hosting of our meetings!

We look forward to more training sessions!

We are not stopping with GGS Academy, our internal training series!

This time the 'beqom API' training was led by Damian Siedlaczek, one of our consultants. The participants had the opportunity to learn what an API is, what it is used for, how do you use the APIs in applications, and what are the usage scenarios.

We would like to thank Damian for leading this informative workshop. Attendance was so good that we had to split the attendees into two groups!

Winter has finally come and with it, the best time of the year.

This year we wanted to fully immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of magic and fun, thats why we decided to organize a contest for our GGS People for the best holiday sweater.
The contestants wore their funniest and most colorful sweaters - the choice was really difficult. That's why we have two winners!

We deeply believe that the upcoming Christmas season will be full of joy and peace - that's our wish.

Is there anything better than caring for our health and planet? Definitely no!

That's why we decided to start the campaign in April. Our employees participated in the competition with one simple rule - the more times you bike to work, the more points you achieve.

Our unquestionable champions in nearly every single month were Sergiusz and Marcin - well-done guys! It was really exciting to watch this race. But we also rewarded the rest of participants, as saying thank you for months of good fun, determination, and competition.

We are looking forward to organizing the campaign once again because you can never have enough fun and take care of your health!

How do you effectively support your employees in developing their skills and expanding their knowledge?

At GGS IT Consulting, we have asked ourselves this very question. After several weeks of planning and preparation, we can officially announce our new series of internal training sessions - GGS Academy!

What advantages do we see for this series?
👉 The trainings are conducted by our own specialists!
👉 The presenters can develop their public speaking and knowledge transfer skills!
👉 This will increase cooperation and understanding between members of different teams!
👉 This is always an extra motivation for our employees!

The first training session took place on November 23 and was led by our Senior Consultant, Leonel Gameiro. He introduced us to the ins and outs of SQL, offering an interesting program titled "SQL Performance Improvements". Participants learned about how to improve their use of JOINs, how to use indexes more effectively, and much more.

Thank you again, Leo, for your commitment and brilliantly conducted training sessions!

Congratulations to our GGS running team! Just this past weekend as Cracow celebrated the Cracovia Marathon, we participated in the accompanying 10k Night Run. 🌃 🌉 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

No better way to experience the unique atmosphere of the city than to run by night down the medieval streets, scenic Vistula boulevards, past the royal castle, to finish at the main square! 🏰

As usual, the team spirit prevailed. We supported and helped each other and kept our fingers crossed for the best performance. There was no stop to the joy and excitement at the finish line! Just check out the photos at our meeting traditional meeting spot, Eros Bendato :)
