Ethernet cables, logic puzzles, and cybersecurity tips at a rock festival. That's our kind of weekend. 🎸

At the 32nd Pol'and'Rock Festival, set up in the ASP Workshop Zone, where visitors built their own Ethernet connectors, tackled logic games, and joined talks on AI, internet safety, data privacy, and CV writing. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and made it such a great experience.

What does a hospital look like through a child's eyes? 🧸💙

On June 1st, Children's Day, Cisco volunteers joined a very special celebration marking the 150th anniversary of Wojewódzki Specjalistyczny Szpital Dziecięcy im. św. Ludwika w Krakowie.

As a co-sponsor of the event, Cisco was proud to support the LEGO® workshops "My Safe Place," organized together with Fundacja Zdrowie Dziecka
During the workshops, young patients created miniature models of their ideal hospital, sharing through creativity what helps them feel safe, comfortable, and supported on their journey to recovery.

Our volunteers worked side by side with children, helping bring smiles, inspiration, and a sense of community to approximately 100 pediatric patients and their loved ones.
We are honored to have contributed to this meaningful initiative. Congratulations to the hospital on its remarkable 150th anniversary, and thank you to everyone who helped create such a memorable Children's Day celebration.

What an incredible day! On June 13, 2026, we gathered for the annual Cisco Poland Picnic, and it was truly a day to remember. Seeing over 3,000 colleagues and their families come together to celebrate our community was a highlight of the year.

From team building to family fun, the energy was electric. It’s moments like these that remind us why the culture at Cisco is so special—it’s not just about the work we do, but the people we do it with.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this event possible and to all the families who joined us. It was wonderful to step away from our screens and connect in such a vibrant, relaxed setting. Here’s to many more memories together!

Forty volunteers from Cisco participated in cleaning Tatrzanski National Park, covering seven mountain trails to collect litter that should not be there. This effort was coordinated by Green Team Krakow to help keep nature cleaner and allow people to enjoy it more fully. This initiative reflects a strong commitment to environmental preservation and community engagement.

Cisco Mamo Pracuj – Career, Empowerment & Innovation Day ✨

We recently had the pleasure of hosting this special Open Day at Cisco Poland together with Mamo Pracuj, welcoming 25 participants for a day full of learning, inspiration, and connection.

From exploring AI‑driven recruitment 🤖 and participating in an interactive Design Thinking workshop 💡, to the empowering I’m Remarkable session ✨ and a great “Tech Myths vs. Reality” panel 💬 - the agenda was packed with practical insights and honest conversations.

What we’ll remember most is the atmosphere: curiosity, openness, and meaningful discussions that continued well beyond the sessions.

On April 29, we hosted our fourth external Cybersecurity Club Meetup here in Krakow, and it was a record-breaking success. We were thrilled to see our highest turnout to date!

A huge thank you to our Cisco speakers who led three insightful technical sessions covering Splunk observability, security, and AI. The feedback from the community has been fantastic, and we are truly energized by the level of engagement and knowledge sharing.

Cisco Security Triáda postoupila do čtvrtého levelu! 🚀

Úvodní setkání již 4. ročníku společného security projektu Cisco a TD SYNNEX Czech Republic se neslo v duchu Wi-Fi jako nedílné součásti moderní bezpečnostní architektury. 🛜 🔐

Náš Wi-Fi guru Dominik Soukup představil nejnovější bezpečnostní inovace v portfoliu bezdrátových řešení Cisco – od hardwaru a připravenosti na postkvantovou dobu až po pokročilé funkce v nástrojích jako Cisco ISE, Catalyst Center, Meraki Dashboard nebo Cisco Secure Network Analytics.

Petr Lasek se zaměřil na stále aktuální hrozbu v podobě DDoS útoků a ukázal praktické využití bezpečnostních řešení od společnosti Radware, která Cisco nabízí v rámci OEM partnerství. 🤝
💬 Velmi nás potěšil aktivní přístup účastníků. Interaktivní diskuze a sdílení zkušeností z praxe jsou přesně tím, co dává celé akci skutečný smysl.
Setkání opět potvrdilo, že bezpečnost dnes není o jednotlivých produktech, ale o propojeném ekosystému. Skutečně efektivní ochrana vzniká tam, kde se infrastruktura, nástroje i data spojují do jednoho funkčního celku. 💡
A co dál?

📅 Druhé setkání Security Triády se uskuteční již 12. května v 9:00–12:00.

👉 Hlavním tématem bude Splunk a jeho využití v bezpečnosti. Budeme se bavit především o datech, vizibilitě a souvislostech s dalšími bezpečnostními vrstvami.
