That’s why women from Ailleron took part in the Bieg Kobiet - Zawsze PierWsi – an initiative promoting women’s health awareness and preventive care 🩷

It was not only a time of activity and shared positive energy, but also an important reminder that taking care of ourselves and having regular check-ups truly matters 🙌 At Ailleron, we believe that wellbeing is not a one-time initiative, but a part of our culture and values that we want to nurture together every day.

Sometimes all it takes is one thought “I want to do that too” – for a passion to begin 😁 That’s exactly the kind of experiences we share in our “Ailleron Stories” series, and the star of the latest episode is Paweł Jedynak, CXLab Lead at Ailleron. Let’s find out what Paweł himself writes about his hobby:

💬 "My passion for baking started quite unsuspectingly with admiration for what my aunt could create in the kitchen. You watch someone do that and think, «I want to do that too.» And since my first attempts turned out surprisingly well, instead of getting discouraged, I became even more motivated.

The real breakthrough came after renovating my kitchen. A new space, new possibilities, and one thought: «If I’m actually this good at it, it’s time to invest in developing my passion.» So I spent half my salary on my kitchen assistant. No, it wasn’t a Thermomix. It was a machine that looked like it could win «MasterChef» 😎 and I felt like I could win it with it.

From that moment on, baking reached a whole new level 🚀 I started creating not only desserts, but also breads made with my own rye sourdough starter. «Maniek» became the founder of a whole family line – one that had to be fed and looked after like a household pet, and when it rewarded me with the perfect loaf, I felt like a strategist who had just delivered the campaign of a lifetime.

What I enjoy most is sharing the results with family, friends, and my team at work, who were probably my most regular tasters. Cakes are a whole different league for me, involving planning, creativity, pressure, and the thought of not letting anyone down. And of course: a lot of surprises!

What was the biggest unexpected turn? 😅 While planning a birthday cake called «Peppa in the Mud,» I somehow ended up making… two cakes. Turns out Peppa simply didn’t fit in the mud. From a marketing perspective, I’d call it an «unplanned but effective resource optimization.» In reality, it just meant lots of laughter and twice as many sweets.

And what about my personal record? Over 1,000 gingerbread cookies in a single holiday season. Yes, you read that right – one thousand! ✌️..."

This is another edition, so we can confidently say it’s become our tradition and a permanent part of the culture we build every day ✨ Because at Ailleron, wellbeing is not just a benefit, it’s a mindset about how we work, how we take care of ourselves, and the energy we bring to the team 🙌

And we’ve started strong! Here’s what’s already happened:

✅ we’ve launched our Strava sports groups – collecting kilometers that turn not only into ALLgood points, but also into real impact – trees planted in Polish forests together with Posadzimy. pl 🌳
✅ our employees have started their first development challenges – discovering their “superpowers” and bringing them into everyday work

First aid is not just knowledge, it’s a habit that can save lives 🚑

At Ailleron, we’ve just completed two hands-on first aid courses, where our employees not only learned how to respond in emergency situations but, most importantly, had the chance to practice their skills on mannequins, through simulations and realistic scenarios.

Why is this important to us? Because building a conscious organization is about more than developing professional skills. It’s also about taking responsibility for one another 🙌Initiatives like this naturally align with both our wellbeing efforts and our ESG approach, where care for health, safety, and education truly matters.

Day two of the 2nd e-Leasing Day 8.0 is nearing its end. Today's discussions centered on designing better leasing customer experiences and on building efficient, secure, and data-driven organizations in an increasingly automated world 🚀

📌 A key point on the agenda was the unveiling of results from the 3rd leasing customer satisfaction study, carried out under the patronage of the Polish Leasing Association (Związek Polskiego Leasingu (ZPL)).

The study aimed to assess how satisfied leasing customers are with the contract process and what they expect as financial services continue to go digital.

It turns out:
🔹 Recommendation rate: 78% of respondents are willing to recommend leasing as a financing method, while nearly half (49%) of entrepreneurs did not consider alternative forms of financing.
🔹 What drives choice: financial conditions remain the top factor, closely followed by the relationship with the advisor.
🔹The most common customer pain points are a lack of flexible offers, ineffective communication, and insufficient engagement from advisors.

We’d like to thank all participants for sharing their perspectives. The results are valuable to both the leasing industry and technology providers, helping us better align offerings with market demands and eliminate bottlenecks.

Another highlight of day two was the expert panel featuring Kamil Portka, Member of the Management Board and Head of Products at Ailleron, Marcin Balicki, CEO of Millennium Leasing, Anna Wiśniewska, CEO of VeloLeasing S.A., and Katarzyna Szerling, Vice President of the Management Board at mLeasing Sp. z o.o.

💡 In the closing debate, speakers came together to reflect on whether it is still worth looking beyond the 2030 horizon in a world where technology changes the rules of the game every quarter, and whether a short-term focus risks missing the moment the market moves ahead for good.

💬 “At Millennium Leasing, we follow a ‘learning by doing’ philosophy. We like to start things, see how they work, prototype, test, and continuously improve. The Plan–Do–Check–Act approach is part of our everyday practice, and it really works. We draw conclusions and use them to move to the next stage. (…) We don’t try to digitize everything at once – we take it step by step.”

With these words, Piotr Maj, Member of the Management Board at Millennium Leasing, opened the keynote speech “Lease meets Tech – Proof of Concept for a customer onboarding tool. Why it’s worth trying!” during e-Leasing Day, organized by the Polish Leasing Association (Związek Polskiego Leasingu (ZPL). Together with Kamil Portka, Member of the Management Board and Head of Products at Ailleron, they shared a practical perspective on building digital solutions in leasing 💪

💡 Their message resonated with many in the audience. Because the challenges they spoke about are widely shared across the industry – how to digitalize processes without overcomplicating them, how to ensure both customer comfort and security, and how to genuinely engage users in adopting new solutions.

📌 What’s more, the speakers shared the results of a three-month proof of concept, demonstrating that by following a step-by-step approach, leasing can become fully digital – from presenting and configuring the offer to e-signature and payment.

The 31st Banking & Insurance Forum has kicked off. 🚀 We’ve already heard an insightful presentation from Ireneusz Liberacki and Paweł Witek, delivered within a themed session dedicated to transforming customer relationship models in response to the growing role of e-commerce and digital ecosystems.

💬 “When it comes to personalization, timing is absolutely critical – as is the ability to adapt to the expectations of today’s customers, including generational differences,” emphasized Szymon Wałach during the expert debate “A New Model of Customer Relations: Banks and Insurance in Ecosystems.”

📌 In this context, it’s worth highlighting an interesting market case study from ING Polska, where a strategic decision was made to shift mortgage sales from phone to an online channel due to the product's complexity.

The bank was recently recognized in the “Best Remote Mortgage Service” category in the “Institution of the Year” ranking – the largest and most comprehensive study on the market focused on customer service quality in the banking sector. The review covered service quality in branches and remote channels, testing of banking product sales processes, analysis of digital banking performance, and assessment of customer service across segments.

More discussions lie ahead, focusing on new IT operating models within AI-driven business architectures. And day two of the conference promises to be just as insightful. 🙌
