This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming our CEO, Grzegorz Mlynarczyk, to the office as part of his regular visits across Software Mind’s delivery centers.

It was a meaningful opportunity to connect, share insights and hold an open Q&A session with the team.

Grzegorz joined by Magdalena Firek, Global Head of People, and Ewa Kołek-Zając, Head of People Partners Europe, who both added even more value to this visit!

Turns out, the best way to spend a weekend is planting the future. 🌿

Last weekend, we joined the Make It Grow #16 tree planting initiative at Parcul Natural Comana, organized together with .

Among those lending a helping hand were also our Software Minders, Alex and Silviu, who joined the effort to support a greener future.

With positive energy and teamwork from everyone involved, the initiative resulted in almost 3,000 new trees planted! 🌳

It was a day filled with fresh air, good vibes and a shared commitment to the environment – this is what acting with respect looks like in action.

Here’s to more green moments that make a real difference!
