When uncertainty grows, having people you trust and can rely on is everything.

While the Celestial Heat Generator plotted our demise from above, we strategically retreated to the lush green sanctuary surrounding our headquarters. 🌳

Marta stretched our cores, Marysia activated our front-end modules so we could create custom kudos cards, and Arek debugged our social interaction protocols.

There was so much more we haven't found time for. 🪁

Right after midday, Solar Nonsense (our evil sibling) kidnapped our Seb (coincidentally, the game master). After 8 solved riddles and defusing definitely-not-a-bomb, we found the hidden location of our priceless colleague.

The day ended with existential discussions about pivoting to carpentry and tile-laying careers once AI learns to deploy without breaking production, all while consuming perfectly carbonized sausages and the crown jewels of Polish agriculture: potatoes.

Kudos to everyone who contributed and the organizing team (Kasia, Seb, Marysia, Tunia) for putting in so much care.

Happy Holidays from the Lunar team! 🎄

2024 is (finally! 🥵) coming to an end! This was a year full of challenges and difficult moments but also of endless cups of tea and coffee, jokes, growth and friendship.

Between creating memes, organizing parties, contributing to charity, going on trips, watching The Office (in the office!), playing board games, and making delicious food together.

Somehow, we actually managed to get a lot of decent work done. 🫡 We worked on dozens of projects, both internally and for our clients, and we couldn't be more proud.

We welcomed some new folks and said goodbye (or see you later!) to some others. We laughed, we cried, we supported each other. We've been together.

So, we wish you all the best in the upcoming new year. Let's make awesome stuff, together. 🚀

After years of experimenting with radical autonomy, we COLLECTIVELY agreed to pivot into a monarchy. 👑 Not many companies have kings, and this is what it takes to maintain a "progressive organization" status nowadays, at least what our kingdom owner told us. 😉

For 20 years! 🥳 ...we've accompanied entrepreneurs on startup journeys, ensuring efficiency, adapting to ever-changing business needs, and saving precious time for established companies and NGOs.

Our fabulous party committee gave us the Silver Globes gala to celebrate people who put their hearts into developing the company and creating value for our clients!

Everyone's commitment influences our long-lasting partnerships (the longest 17 years and counting), problem-solving, and utilizing the company-wide know-how gained through those years.

Big kudos to all Lunar folk who co-created Lunar Logic over the years.

The answer? You start small. You learn by noticing your own needs - maybe getting that desk lamp you've been squinting without, taking courses to level up your skills, or setting work hours that match your energy peaks.

Sure, there's a learning curve. Some decisions won't be perfect, but that's how we grow.

And then something magical happens: confidence builds. Soon, you're making bigger calls - like folks starting a side project to support Zupa na Plantach or having a say in who will be a new hire—influencing company course.

At Zupa na Plantach, good people create a space to meet and build relationships with others, especially with those who need them most. 💙

It is a pure pleasure and honor to support such people and make their mission just a tiny bit easier with technology. Every small step matters, right?

We just closed the second season of the Zupa app. 🏁 It's time for the third one, and we can not wait to make it a more robust solution.

What do you need to create an excellent Lean Agile conference?

Having "Lean Agile" in the name is a must. Then add the name of the hosting city, and you are all set.

👮 Caution: This totally scientific conclusion is based on a tiny sample of the two last conferences our thought-sharing person—Pawel—attended, along with minimal effort to draw conclusions.

Minimal done wrong.

Nonetheless, both events were a blast to participate in, learn, and share.

Lean Agile London delivers excellence year after year. With two tracks over two days, it's packed with opportunities to explore new concepts and perspectives. The breaks? Perfect for engaging in conversations with like-minded and different-minded professionals.

Kudos to Jose and Jean-Paul (Actineo Consulting) for consistently delivering.

Lean Agile Brighton is perfect if one seeks local community coziness. Its clever one-day, one-track format delivers high-quality content without the chance of being overwhelmed. Even seasoned pros will find the sessions refreshingly insightful.

Seven of them started. Three reached the top of Babia Góra. ⛰️

Four of them played single board games for seven hours, almost without a break. Some matched wits over chess. Others flew a drone. Many mastered the pool, whirlpool bath, and sauna to achieve the ultimate chill.

The Lunar trip wouldn't be complete without the Lunar quiz and campfire singing, stories, and giggling.

Kudos to every guitar and ukulele player, singer, storyteller, hiker, organizer, swimmer, and ultra-chiller. 💙

Miami has more than beautiful beaches. 🌆 Especially in April (Miami Tech Month), Magic City becomes a perfect place for problem solvers, investors, and tech enablers to discover and collaborate with a common goal in mind: generate the best potential value.

After days of discussions, we are reassured that time-to-value plays a super vital role, especially in times of less accessible financing.

When we see a problem, we create a solution—this is what we do—we are engineers. But sometimes, the solution is to listen, and not just to the words, but what is underneath.

When Kasia Frania learned about the Usłyszeć na Czas Foundation, she put a piece of paper on the whiteboard and asked us to add services or stuff we could donate. We invited friends and organized a charity auction.

It was fun and we gathered some money to support the foundation in spreading the power of empathy.

💙 Big kudos to Kasia for the initiative, donors for your super skills and still useful stuff (as we also have Fair Enough Shop), bidders well, for your money 😁, and to everyone who visited us and participated.

Magic happens each time someone cooks for others... and we all eat together. 🩵

When Fat Thursday comes, every Lunarian awaits Weronika's pączki. This year was no different: golden, round doughnuts, crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. ✨

By "mistake", she prepared too much of the fillings, so later this week, Paweł did naleśniki. That happened the second year in a row! Unforgivable.

And today, on a grumpy Monday morning, Iwona's surgery and glutenful muffins were precisely what we needed after getting out of comfortable beds or returning from winter break with children. 😉
