Amsterdam hit just right. 2 icy awards brought back to the office. 🏆🏆

The team spent a few decent days at MACH Amsterdam last week, an international tech gathering where people talk about building modern software without losing their minds.

We took the stage, shared how our tech, and our new AI agent, Vincent, helps brands run smarter promotions, and connected with folks building the future of digital experiences. The highlight had to be walking away with two MACH Alliance awards, including Best Success Story and 🥇our CEO, Tomasz Pindel, was awarded the Impact Maker award for his work on advancing open standards for agentic commerce - yeah, flowers, where flowers are due!
Karolina Trzcionka bagged the Agentic Achievement trophy for our work with Vincent and one of our clients: Altitude Sports - Well deserved!

Congrats to our engineering, product, and customer success teams back home - too many to mention by name right now, but you guys know exactly who you are! These trophies belong to everyone who built, shipped, and supported the tech behind the scenes.

Round 2 on the court, and the rivalry is real! 🎾🔥

We headed back to the padel courts for another Voucherify Americano tournament, because one taste of victory and lactic acid just wasn’t enough. Fresh matchups, sharper volleys, and zero mercy. Rivalries renewed, scores settled (for now), until we hit the new projects running and the Slack channels get hot. Who’s taking the trophy next time? 👇

The first rule of Fight Club is: You do not talk about Fight Club… The first rule of padel is: You always talk about padel. 🙂

So here we are, talking about it, encouraging you to try it, and even showing up to play ourselves. Our very own Karolina Kucharska, who has been living on padel tournament podiums ever since picking up a racket, invited our team to taste the game for ourselves at the Padel Center & Academy in Katowice.

Sixteen of us showed up ready to go, with enough style to put the whole Wimbledon royal box to shame. The coaches at the Academy made sure our skills, backhands, forehands, volleys, and grasp of the rules, matched our outfits.

We entered the Americano tournament with the same competitive drive we bring to the SaaS world. The intense rivalry was matched only by our team spirit and fair play. While some scored more points than others, we were all winners on the day. (Though, try missing a potential game-winning return while playing on the same team as the CEO, and tell me how well you sleep that night! 😉)

Our muscles will be burning for days, but fresh rivalries were born, and a rematch is already in the works. See you on the court!

Two days full of activities, great fun, and quality time together are behind us!

We kicked off day one with a tour of the Żywiec Brewery. Visiting both the museum and the production hall to learn about the history and craft of brewing. In the evening, it was time to unwind by the bonfire for some good chats and relaxation. We even squeezed in a sauna session, and for the brave souls, a quick, refreshing dip under a waterfall! 🌲🔥

On day two, we headed down to the lake. We started by learning the ropes on SUP boards before ramping up the adrenaline. Next up: a speedboat cruise, jumping straight into the lake, swimming back to shore, and a special challenge — building a campfire against the clock. It was a perfect mix of friendly competition, improvisation, and a whole lot of laughs. 🌊🚤

As always, the best part of the trip was the people. With an international crew, tons of great conversations, and a fantastic atmosphere, we got back with loads of good memories.

We laced up for the Angels again! 👼👟

For a few years, we've celebrated Children's Day at the annual Tauron Biegnij dla Aniołów charity run in Katowice's Park Kościuszki. 🌳 Some good old-fashioned pavement pounding with friends, colleagues, families and doggos simply feels great on a sunny Sunday afternoon! As always, the run was about more than just the 5K. It was about backing a worthwhile cause. 100% of the entry fees will go directly to Dom Aniołów Stróżów, helping provide warm meals, therapy, and educational support for over 600 children. 💙

It seemed like the accompanying picnic, games, snacks, and laughs brought half the city together, which was great to see. Some of our team’s youngsters ran the youth distances, proving that fast legs must run in the Voucherify DNA. 🏃‍♂️💨 No major speed records were broken by the adults this year, but whatever fuel was left in the tank was spent on cheering frantically! Darek Górak though - cheetah legs - congrats on placing 13th and leading the way for the team! 👏

Thanks to everyone who ran, cheered, volunteered, and supported the cause 💙 We cannot wait to do it again! Lots of hugs to all the kids out there, big and small!

Our team: Chris, Karolina, Mike, and Tom, just touched down from a busy and rewarding trip to Toronto for the MACH X conference. 🇨🇦

The impressive view of the Toronto skyline from the CN Tower was a great reminder of just how far we’ve taken Voucherify over the years. Being a headliner sponsor certainly confirmed that growth, but the real highlight was the energy on the ground. Much like the view from the top, the shift toward agentic AI is revealing a whole new world of possibilities. This theme dominated conversations both on stage and in the hallways.

The standout moment for us? Watching our friends at Altitude-sports.com take the stage to share how they’ve put Vincent, our AI agent, to work in production. Seeing Vincent treated as a true part of their team was a proud moment for all of us! 🚀
Connecting with peers who face the same product and business hurdles and are genuinely eager to co-create solutions hand-in-hand is what made this event special 🤝 We were told (looking at you, Amy! 😉) that you can’t visit Canada without pairing a great meal with a hockey game. To top it all off, the guys headed to the Rogers Centre to catch a baseball game. ⚾️

We’re already looking forward to September and the next MACH event in Amsterdam! 🇳🇱
