Our colleagues Aleksander Jaworski and Damian Pałubiak took on the incredible challenge of cycling the Cycling Route Around the Tatras and successfully completed the journey! 🎉

It was no easy ride. Steep climbs, demanding terrain, and long hours in the saddle tested both endurance and determination. The adventure started with a rainy first day , 🌧️, but the weather soon rewarded their efforts with two days of sunshine and perfect cycling conditions. ☀️

Here are the final stats:
✅ 250 km covered,
✅ Over 3,000 m of elevation gain,
✅ 3 days on the bike,
✅ The Tatras circled from start to finish!

The legs may be tired, but the sense of achievement is huge. 👏

Congratulations to Aleksander and Damian for their determination, resilience, and team spirit. You’ve shown that with the right mindset, every challenge can be conquered! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏔️

Desk mode OFF, survival mode ON! 🌲🎒

This week, our team traded sprint boards and daily stand-ups for a whole different kind of challenge: a full hands-on survival teambuilding session! From mastering field navigation and knot-tying to building shelters and filtering water, it was all about stepping out of our comfort zone, learning crisis-ready skills, and most importantly – having a blast working together outdoors. 🧭🪢💧

Because in tech, just like in survival, the best solutions come when a team relies on strong communication, trust, and mutual support.

You'll play a hands-on technical role in designing, modernizing, and securing our global network landscape across on-prem and cloud environments.

Salary: 18 000 – 22 000 PLN gross 💰
Location: Gliwice (hybrid model) 📍

What we’re looking for:
👉 proven hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering/infrastructure administration.
👉 Solid core skills: strong knowledge of routing, switching, WLAN, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and network security.
👉 Vendor familiarity: experience working with Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, or similar enterprise tech.
👉 Modern network perspective: familiarity with network monitoring, firewalls, NAC, and cloud networking concepts (AWS/Azure).
👉 Team player & problem solver: strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and fluent English for international collaboration.
