Automation doesn’t have to be complex to make a difference - sometimes a simple workflow is all it takes.

At Digiteum, we recently kicked off our first workshop of the year, where Maxim (PM on our Printique project) introduced the team to “n8n Automations: From Basic Triggers to Complex Logic”

We explored what n8n is, how to get started, and how node-based workflows can help automate everyday tasks and save time.

Big thanks to Maxim for the practical session and to everyone who joined. Looking forward to more! 💙

We talk a lot about productivity at work, but not often enough about recovery.

During a recent internal online webinar at Digiteum, Lukasz invited our team to look at breaks from a different perspective: not as time “away from work,” but as an essential part of doing good work.

Instead of pushing through fatigue, we explored:
- how cognitive overload builds up during the day,
- why our focus naturally works in cycles,
- which types of breaks actually help reset attention,
- and how small, intentional pauses can improve both performance and well-being.

The session was filled with practical examples and easy-to-apply ideas that fit real workdays, even the busy ones.

Thank you to Lukasz for sharing his insights and to everyone who joined the conversation. A good reminder that sometimes stepping back is exactly what helps us move forward.

Even though February is already here and the holiday season feels far behind us, some stories deserve to be told, as kindness doesn’t expire with the calendar.

At Digiteum, we were proud to take part in Szlachetna Paczka for the second year in a row. Once again, our team came together to support those who needed it most.

Thanks to the incredible involvement and generosity of our colleagues, we prepared 12 carefully assembled gift packages for two beneficiaries — Maria and Ireneusz.

These were not just packages filled with essentials and long-awaited items — they were messages of care, dignity, and human warmth.
Volunteer reports from the gift deliveries were deeply moving. Maria was overwhelmed with emotion, grateful that someone had prepared something especially for her.
Ireneusz was surprised and touched by the attention and care put into every detail, reminding him that kindness and goodwill still exist.

Moments like these show the true power of collective effort. What may seem like a small gesture can bring real comfort, restore hope, and make someone feel seen and valued.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone at Digiteum who contributed by donating, organizing, packing, and supporting this initiative. Your openness and empathy made this project truly meaningful.

We are grateful to be part of initiatives like Szlachetna Paczka and we look forward to continuing to support actions that create real impact: not only during the holidays, but throughout the year.

Our holiday gathering was exactly what it should be — full of laughter, memories, and gratitude for the year we’ve shared together.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. We’re heading into 2026 with focus, experience, and ambition for what’s next.

And to all of you — we wish you a calm holiday season and a great start to the New Year.

Celebrating 5 years in Poland! ❤️
Over the years, we’ve built a strong and dedicated team that continues to grow and evolve with every project. Many of our colleagues have been with us from the very beginning — contributing their expertise, stability, and commitment to our shared success.

As we look ahead, the focus remains on growth, innovation, engineering excellence, and empowering our people to bring their best to every project. Here’s to the next chapter of Digiteum — and all the milestones still ahead.

☕ Who knew learning about coffee could be this fun?
Our team recently joined a professional coffee cupping session — tasting, comparing, and debating 10 unique coffee lots from around the world. From hints of chocolate and berries to unexpected notes of flowers and spices, every cup had a story.

We love bringing the team together to try new things, share experiences, and discover a little “wow” along the way.

Summer is the perfect time to unplug, get together, and swap screens for sunshine!

Last weekend, part of our team hit the water for a full-day kayaking adventure — with splashes, laughter, and just the right amount of sore arms. Nothing beats spending time offline, outdoors, and in great company.

Because strong teams are built not only through projects — but through real connections, shared moments, and time spent together. Sending sunny greetings from the river trail!

15 years in, and we’re just getting started! 🚀 Looking back, it’s clear: every project, partnership, and challenge has shaped who we are today.

Over the years, we’ve built systems that drive real change, partnered with exceptional clients, and grown into a team fueled by curiosity, care, and shared ambition.

Huge thanks to Katherine and Michael for the spark, the courage, and 15 years of fearless leadership.

This weekend, we took a moment to celebrate together. As technology evolves and the scale grows, one thing remains constant: our mindset. We don’t just build software. We lead, we own, we deliver. Every time. No excuses.

Here’s to the last 15. And to the next ones — brighter, bolder, and engineered for success!

Not everyone thinks the same way.
Not everyone works the same way either.
And that’s exactly the point.

At Digiteum, we believe that inclusion isn’t about fitting in — it’s about making space for people to stand out. Some of us are early birds, others come alive after coffee. Some love the spotlight, others build quietly behind the scenes. We’re planners, dreamers, coders, strategists. And every one of us brings something different to the table. The magic? It happens because we’re different — not despite it.

Even though we work from different places, we’ve learned to tune in, show up, and support each other — no matter the distance.

Here’s to the bold, the quiet, the analytical, the abstract. Here’s to the mix.

Somewhere between X and 3X

That’s the kind of estimate companies get when they ask for a quick ballpark number.

Sounds harmless? In reality, vague estimates are dangerous. Especially when the project runs into six figures, because that “ballpark” might cost you hundreds of thousands.

The good news is you can get an accurate, grounded estimate with just a fraction of your time.

Katherine Lazarevich, Digiteum co-founder and senior tech specialist, explains how to do this in The Outsourcing Journal — a go-to source for global IT leaders looking to make smart, strategic decisions.

Katherine shares simple yet important steps that can lead you from a ballpark number to a precise estimate. So you won't have to deal with guesswork on your next million-euro software project.
