We are located in Gdańsk, Poland with the headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

Our Clients are mainly Swedish governmental institutions and private businesses. IVER has been established in Sweden in 1987 and in Poland in 2016. Altogether we hire around 350 employees, whereas the office is Gdańsk is brand new and we are always looking for new developers!

An exceptional meeting of the entire Iver Polska team is behind us! 💙 During this year's Winter Event, we had the opportunity to look back at the past year and prepare for the upcoming challenges.

During the day, we focused on workshops, during which we discussed design challenges together and looked for solutions for the coming months. 🛠️💡

In the evening, it was time to relax and have a bit of creative fun! 🎨 Each of us took on the role of an artist and painted our own... Pokémon! 🐾😄 It was an amazing moment that showed that our team is not only professionals, but also people with a great sense of humor and talent.

We are glad that we could close this year in such a fantastic atmosphere and celebrate our achievements together. We can't wait to see what 2025 will bring! 🚀

Absolutely thrilled to wrap up another successful annual winter gathering with the incredible team at Iver Polska! ❄🥳

Our final meeting of the year was a fantastic blend of companionship and productivity. The morning workshop provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with nearly everyone, fostering collaboration and teamwork. As the day unfolded, we tapped into our creative side, indulging in a unique painting session that showcased the diverse talents within our team. To cap off the day on a high note, we gathered for a gala dinner, sharing laughter, stories, and creating lasting memories together.

A huge shoutout to the entire team for making this event a resounding success!

The Winter Event lineup is heating up! 🔥

Meet Damian , whose journey with programming began in junior high school, tinkering with the popular phpBB. Since 2011, he's been in the professional programming game, specializing in distributed systems and testable software. Currently, he's making waves at one of the largest print-on-demand companies, Latvian-based Printify.

While microservices aren't new, ensuring their reliability and seamless connection remains a persistent challenge. Damian will unveil how leveraging the transactional outbox pattern can tackle this ongoing hurdle.

Next week, our company is gearing up for an electrifying party with a slight twist this time around. Part of it will be a tech-centric workshop with speeches from market experts and innovators to sharpen our skills.

One of those professionals will be Michał Giergielewicz, a software developer and system architect with a focus on web technology. Advocate of Hexagonal Architecture, DDD, and Software Craftsmanship principles. The seasoned speaker who has rocked the stages of big tech conferences in Poland.

Next week Michał will share with us the tips, tricks and guidelines on kicking off with Domain Driven Design in our project.

🌞🎉 Exciting News! Our Annual Summer Event Was a Blast! 🌴🌟

We wanted to share some fantastic highlights from our annual Summer Event that took place last week. 🌞

This year as well we had the pleasure of hosting some wonderful guests from Sweden, giving us the opportunity to meet our colleagues from across the sea. 🌍✈️ It was an unforgettable experience connecting with our international team members.

The event was packed with enriching workshops, featuring some truly captivating presentations that left us feeling inspired and motivated. 📚💡 We love how these sessions help us grow both personally and professionally.

But let's not forget the fun part! 😄 We had a blast with various activities and integration that kept us entertained well into the night. 🎲🎉 Despite the exhaustion, everyone had an absolute great time, and the memories created will be cherished forever.
