Warsaw office hosted a cozy plate painting workshop, where everyone got a chance to slow down, get creative and design their own unique piece. From colors and patterns to personal touches, each plate turned out truly one of a kind.🎨

This year was a meaningful milestone for the company: five years of the Lodz office and five years of Godel in Poland. 👏

To celebrate, the team got together for an evening of bowling - a relaxed way to mark the occasion, with a bit of friendly competition and plenty of time to catch up outside of work.

Afterward, the night continued with karaoke, giving everyone a chance to unwind and enjoy the evening together. Moments like this show what has grown in the Godel Lodz office over the past five years - not just the work, but the relationships behind it. 🎉

🏃‍♂️ Godel Runners at the !

This year felt truly special – teammates from different Godel offices across Poland came together at the starting line of the DOZ marathon in Łódz, and it turned into one of those weekends you just don’t forget. Three Godelers went all the way, completing the full 42.195 km marathon – huge respect for that achievement 🎉Twelve took on the 10K and delivered strong, confident runs. Different distances, different goals, but it felt like one team every step of the way 👟

🏆 Sr. .Net Software Enginee Raman Samuseu:

’This was my third time doing the DOZ marathon in Lodz, and definitely the toughest one yet. My stomach/nutrition acting up meant I didn't get the time I wanted but crossing that finish line is what matters most! It was awesome seeing our colleagues, supporting and cheering each other. See you next year!’

📚Recently, the Łódź location hosted a lecture dedicated to burnout and ways to approach it through the job crafting framework. The session explored how small, intentional adjustments to everyday work can help people feel more engaged, balanced, and in control of their roles.

During the talk, attendees discussed what burnout can look like in practice and how stress reactions often follow the fight–flight–freeze pattern. In a work context, this may show up as pushing harder through pressure, avoiding certain tasks or conversations, or feeling stuck and unable to take action 🚀

The session also included a practical job crafting exercise. Everyone began by listing their main work tasks and then analyzing them through several lenses:
💡how much time they usually take
💡how important they are
💡whether they give energy or take it away
💡whether they are usually done individually or involve collaboration with others

After mapping their tasks, colleagues worked in pairs to discuss what could potentially be adjusted. The goal was to explore small changes that could increase the share of tasks that feel meaningful or energizing, while reshaping or approaching differently the ones that tend to drain motivation 🌱

The exercise sparked thoughtful conversations and helped people look at their daily work from a new perspective. Even small adjustments in how tasks are structured, shared, or approached can make a noticeable difference in engagement and overall well-being.

AI and R&D function consists of active AI contributors. It
makes sure that our company stays competitive with modern AI trends and ahead of technology. We explore new ideas, build MVPs, and then present these MVPs and PCs to our clients and goal teams. And the most successful ideas transform into real delivery.

🎬 While the world is getting ready for the Oscars this weekend, we’re looking back at a special celebration of our own ✨

Recently, we rolled out the red carpet for the Godel Oscars Awards to celebrate an important milestone – 10 years of Godel Functions.
After a decade full of ideas, late-night problem solving, quiet successes, and meaningful achievements, it was time to recognise the nine functions that keep Godel moving forward. The atmosphere was fantastic – full of pride and real emotion as we celebrated the people and teams who contribute to Godel every day.

The Learning & Development Function brings together more than 100 people who help colleagues build new skills and close knowledge gaps. Teams come to L&D when they need support in developing specific competencies, and together they design the best way to learn – through trainings, individual mentoring, and structured self-learning programs.

🎓 When certain needs appear regularly, the function creates long-term learning programs so that people across the company can grow in a clear and consistent way.

🏒 Interestingly, members of the function compared their work to a sports movie – where progress comes through discipline, steady improvement, and coaching that helps people reach their full potential.
