2. Unpaid Repairs-Unit will be held for a maximum of 60 days, the unit will then be sold off to cover my costs. i will make reasonable attempts to contact you by phone or E-Mail a minimum of 3 times.

3. Please do not leave your memory or sim cards, unless otherwise stated,if you do so,it is at your own risk .

4. Warranty on screen repairs does not cover cracks or breakages.If your screen develops a fault it must be brought in straight away. if your screen develops a fault,and screen cracks before its brought back under warranty then i cannot replace the screen under warranty.
5. Scratched screens cannot be covered under warranty as i lose right to a refund on the part itself. please protect your screen with a screen protector .
