📝 Requirements:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
📅 Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an HR managerial or supervisory role (BPO industry experience is a plus).
💬 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Urdu).
🧠 Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, etc.)
Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan
🤝 Leadership: Ability to lead a team, manage staff performance, and foster a positive work culture.
⏰ Availability: Must be available for night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Maintain employee records and attendance
Handle HR documentation, contracts, and compliance
Resolve workplace conflicts professionally
Support management with performance reviews and improvement plans
Promote employee engagement and team building
