You will be involved in:
• Designing and developing marketing campaigns for print, digital and social mediums.
• Compiling creative digital signage solutions for in-venue TV screens and our suite of apps.
• Maintaining the Company websites, including authoring of blog posts and support site articles on our website.
• Scheduling and development of social media content.
• Creation of email newsletters and maintenance of distribution lists.
• Managing community engagement and digital file assets across all website and social channels.
• Assisting with internal and external event and product photography.
• Developing creative briefs from concept to completion with internal stakeholders.
• Forecasting design, industry and marketing trends and guiding on brand campaigns.
• Delivering consistent branding and styles across both internal and external documents.
Selection Criteria:
• Supplied and proven examples of work. Creative portfolio to be supplied.
• Degree in IT, Prior Experience in Graphic Design or design equivalent is must. Individuals currently completing their studies will also be considered.
• 3+ years industry and/or personal design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe CC, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere.
• Digital marketing and social scheduling application software experience preferred but not essential.
• Email marketing software (Mailchimp) preferred.
• SEO /Adwords and website design a bonus.
• Video production skills – pre-production planning, storyboarding, audio & video editing – an advantage but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal, written, presentation and oral communication skills, including an ability to communicate design philosophies with other designers and the team.
• An attitude to deliver work within a deadline-driven work environment with an exceptional eye for detail.
