JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Check overall payroll management.

2. To prepare FNF Settlement of resigned and terminated employees.

3. Contact references and perform background checks.

4. Maintain and update employee manual files and records in payroll

5.Maintain agreement file, e.g canteen, janitorial, security and other agreements of as per the requirement of the company.

6.Manage recruitment and hiring process.

7.Completion of computerized data form for all permanent employees.

8.Prepare company ID’s cards for worker and staff level.

9.Prepare warning letters and inquiry report.

10.Schedule job interviews and conduct candidates as needed.

11. Posting of breakup of monthly salary and any increment thereof in personal file.

12.Manage and type any documents as directed by the seniors, i.e procedures, policies, inter office memo, circulars, notices and letters for external communication.
