Currently, we're hiring highly motivated, super organized, self-starter, experienced professionals with outstanding communication skills in English (British or American Accent) for our Back Office Located in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities

Book appointments with business owners.
Providing information about our products and services.
Prepare and educate customers on new features of the mobile ordering app.
Set up e-printer for clients.
Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.
Find business opportunities and manage the client relationship (B2B).
Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
Develop sales strategy and goals.
Collaborate with sales leaders.

Duties & Responsibilities

Record Maintenance

Maintaining current HR files and databases.
Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data. Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
Compiling reports and database, answering employee questions.
Recruitment / New Hire process

Participating in recruitment efforts. Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process. Ensuring background and reference checks are completed. Preparing new employee files.
Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation. Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc with the help of the IT Team).
Administering new employment assessments. Serving as a point person for all new employee questions.
Payroll and Benefits Administration

Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system.
Answering payroll questions. Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations.
Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews.
Days & Office Hours

05 Working Days (Monday-Friday)
