⚠️ Warning About Postal Courier PostEx
Postal has caused us significant losses due to undelivered and misrouted parcels. We had already spent money on delivery charges, ad costs, dispatch expenses, labour costs, and other operational expenses for these orders.
When parcels are not delivered properly or are misrouted, the entire cost and loss falls on the seller.
Based on our experience, we strongly recommend other sellers to be extremely cautious and consider boycotting this courier service until these issues are properly addressed.
Our business has suffered a major loss because of these issues.
