Cyber System is expanding its healthcare operations! We are seeking an experienced, highly articulate Dental Billing Specialist to join our team onsite at our Lahore office. If you have a sharp eye for revenue cycle management and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Dental Billing: Manage claim submission, payment posting, and accurate coding for dental procedures.
- Accounts Receivable & Follow-ups: Actively track outstanding claims, resolve denials, and minimize aging AR.
- Front Desk & Client Coordination: Handle patient/clinic communication, verify insurance eligibility, and manage scheduling queries with exceptional professionalism.
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (Students are ineligible to apply).
- Proven prior experience specifically in Dental Billing and medical front desk operations.
- Excellent, fluent English speaking and written communication skills (US/international client interaction experience is highly preferred).�
