Students are encouraged to know more about themselves through personality profiling, and self-awareness. They are taught job application and interview skills to apply for part-time work. They are also lectured on and undergo activities to understand teamwork, consensus building and leadership. They are also equipped with skills in English language pronunciation, communication and presentation skills, as well as time management. It is our hope that the students become well-rounded individuals capable of contributing to IT Industry by the time they get certificate from NetGear Tech.
