Mex proposes to offer an engineering project team to fulfill an agreed scope of work. The proposal is fully flexible and scalable according to specified customer requests based on further discussion and a more detail understanding of customer’s exact requirements. Following is the summary, which provides general guidelines to the remaining of the document for customer to evaluate. Section 4 of the proposal deals with the physical deployment / implementation of the network, which includes Installation and Commissioning of the network. A scope of work has been defined which can be modified after mutual discussion and understanding. Section 5 gives an overview of general Project Management style that will be conducted over the length of the project. Rules pertaining to documentations and meetings will be finalized after discussion with customer. Section 6 provides the commercial aspect of the project. It points out the duration, the total price, payment terms and commercial conditions for the project.
