🚀 Working on a Multi-Tenant Hospital Management System

Currently I’m developing a modern Hospital Management System using:

⚛️ React.js
🟢 Node.js
🗄️ MySQL

The main focus of this project is Multi-Tenancy, where multiple hospitals or clinics can use the same system while keeping their data completely separate and secure.

Some key areas I’m working on:

✅ Hospital & Branch Management
✅ Doctors & Departments
✅ Patients & Appointments
✅ Role-Based Access Control
✅ Tenant-Based Data Isolation
✅ Secure APIs
✅ Scalable Database Architecture
✅ Authentication & Authorization

The most interesting part is making sure that every request and database operation stays within the correct tenant, so one hospital can never access another hospital’s data.

This project is helping me improve my skills in SaaS architecture, backend security, database design, and scalable application development.

What If I Was a Web Developer in the 1980s? 💻📼 | AI Developer Meets Retro Technology
Imagine building websites in the 1980s—before modern IDEs, AI coding assistants, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and today’s advanced development tools.

No VS Code. No ChatGPT. No instant debugging.
Just a keyboard, a CRT monitor, and the mindset to solve problems one line of code at a time.

Today, as a Full-Stack Software Engineer and MERN Stack Developer, I work with modern technologies like React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, AI-powered development, and web application engineering. But this retro transformation is a reminder that the foundation of software development has always been the same:

Learn. Build. Debug. Improve. Repeat.
Technology keeps evolving—from early computers to modern AI-powered software development. The tools may change, but curiosity, problem-solving, and the passion to create never go out of style.

AI Can Write Code. But Can It Engineer Your Software?

AI has changed the way developers write software.

You can now describe a feature and get:
→ React components
→ REST APIs
→ Database schemas
→ Authentication flows
→ Bug fixes
→ Documentation

But there’s a problem:

Getting code is not the same as understanding the system.

A developer who only knows how to prompt AI can build something that works.

A software engineer knows why it works, where it can fail, and how it should evolve.

Before asking AI to build a feature, understand these 5 things:

1️⃣ Architecture
Where does the feature belong?
Frontend? Backend? Database? API?

2️⃣ Data Flow
How does data move from the user → frontend → API → database → response?

3️⃣ Edge Cases
What happens when the user sends invalid data, loses connection, or performs the same action twice?

4️⃣ Security
Who is allowed to access the data?
Can a user modify someone else’s record?

5️⃣ Maintainability
Will this code still make sense when the application grows from 100 users to 100,000?

That’s where engineering judgment matters.

AI is incredibly powerful.

But the best developers don’t use AI to replace thinking.

They use AI to amplify thinking.

AI can generate the code.
You still need to engineer the solution.
