Job Description – HR & Admin Officer (Female)
💥Position: HR & Admin Officer
💥Experience Required: 1-2 Years (preferred)
💥Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 / Month

💥 About the Role💥
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer (Female) to manage human resources functions and administrative operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills, be organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
💥Key Responsibilities💥
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and performance management processes.
Support management in workforce planning and training initiatives.
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks including office supplies, facility management, and vendor coordination.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
💥Requirements 💥
1-2 years of proven experience in HR and Admin roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
