Social Media Manager

Location: NFC, Lahore

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organised Social Media Manager who understands that social media is more than just posting content.

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple brands across platforms, developing content strategies, keeping up with trends, and turning ideas into content that actually gets people to stop scrolling.

Key Responsibilities
Develop monthly social media strategies for multiple brands.
Create and manage monthly content calendars.
Plan and execute content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Write captions, hooks, CTAs, and social copy.
Research trends, formats, sounds, and content opportunities.
Develop concepts for reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and campaigns.
Coordinate with designers, editors, photographers, creators, and influencers.
Manage content scheduling and day-to-day posting.
Monitor performance and track key metrics including reach, engagement, views, saves, shares, and growth.
Prepare monthly performance reports and insights.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and new features.
Manage community engagement, including comments and DMs.
Ensure content aligns with each brand’s identity, tone, and objectives.
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams on content ideas.
Manage multiple brands, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
