Project Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist for Web Development Agency

Job Brief
We are looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects. If you are ready to help our clients and project teams succeed, we would love to meet you!
This is a multi-faceted role in which you will be on the front line of the project. Kicking off processes, scoping briefs, writing project plans and managing workflows and expectations. Ultimately, you will be responsible for managing and delivering our projects’ digital lifecycle with high quality, and within time and budget requirements. You will also have a good eye for design and review each piece of work before it is sent to the client. Please note that our UK-based clients have a much higher expectation of quality, communication and meeting project deadlines.
Your Responsibilities:
• Confident and transparent project delivery, working collaboratively with tech, creative and UX teams.
• Set-up systems and Provide end-to-end project management using agile methodologies
• Take detailed briefs from clients and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Create wire-frames and define user experience processes.
• Scope project requirements and perform risk management to minimise project risks. Should be able to identify the unanticipated risks that may occur during project development risk, analysis the damage this may cause and executed a risk reduction plan to cope up with these risks.
• Prepare detailed project plans, updating daily and share with relevant stakeholders
• Allocate resources and ensure resource availability. Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. Report to team on bugs and fixes following a QA audit. Ensure that project teams input hours, run weekly reports on project burn, and present reports to management team.
• Clear communication with the team and the customer to ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks. Create meeting agendas, and implement action points
• Highlight potential risks in the project timeline and act proactively to resolve issues
• Deliver projects on time and to budget ensuring quality standards are met
• Track project performance on a daily basis, analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals, and present regular project status updates to management.
• Monitor and enhance process for software development, troubleshooting and QA.
• Seek opportunities for improvement in a project and suggest new developments and ideas
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage relationship with client, third parties and all stakeholders
• Use and continue developing your leadership skills
• Responsible for performing all agile ceremonies including Sprint Grooming, Daily Standup & Retrospective.
• Conduct post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Requirements:
• Computer Science Graduate
• 4 years+ project management experience in a similar digital agency environment, with experience managing complex technical web build development projects
• Hands on experience of all modern Project Management tools including MS Project, Jira, TFS, VSTS, Confluence, Slack/Basecamp (or similar)
• Proactive and forward thinking, friendly and able to get the most out of everyone you work with
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, resourceful, self-motivated and a skilful multi-tasker
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, and good presentation skills, are very important in order to communicate effectively with UK-based clients
• Ability to provide strategic foresight in project management
• Excellent experience of managing the budget and project burndown, and reporting on this to stakeholders
• Disciplined, self-starter, someone who brings ideas and processes into the business
• A strong UX/creative background and good technical knowledge or experience
• Confident, quick learner and adaptable. Should be able to work independently as well.
