We’re looking for an experienced IT Support professional to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing Microsoft 365 environments, and maintaining system security and performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Microsoft 365 Certified: MS-900 & MS-102 (mandatory)
5+ years’ experience in IT Support or Helpdesk
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Defender, PowerShell, and hybrid AD environments
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Tasks:

Participation in Incident, Change, Problem, and Release management according to ITIL
Operation of virtualization servers and the associated infrastructure servers (vCenter, DB server, Platform Service Controller)
Installation and commissioning of new virtualization servers
Maintenance of systems (patch management, performing upgrades and release changes, BIOS and firmware upgrades)
Monitoring of virtualization servers
Troubleshooting and resolving issues
Creating, deleting, and migrating virtual servers
Adjusting the settings of virtual servers
Creating and deleting snapshots and VLANs
Planning and carrying out version changes
Participation in various customer and in-house projects across all phases
Creation and maintenance of operational documentation
Requirements: Must-have:

Very good knowledge of VMware vSphere 7 or 8
Extensive experience with enterprise environments that consist of multiple clusters per vCenter and multiple vCenters
Strong knowledge of installing ESX hosts and adding them to clusters
Expertise in vSphere troubleshooting, as well as creating, deleting, and reconfiguring VMs
Fluent German language skills

Location : Zurich, Switzerland
EXP : Minimum 3 years
Resources Required : 9
5 resource’s for 6 months full time
3 resouces for 2 months with possibility of extension max 6 months
1 resource as Backup

Client needs an installation to be performed for new fiber internet services to be provided by the carrier ######X

Client also needs to link their internal LAN network switches together via fiber.
Site survey has pictures for ###XX (telco point of entry) room/closet where the telco/carrier will deliver the new fiber internet service.
Site survey has pictures for any existing racks or shelves with telco/carrier equipment. LAN equipment, power outlets/UPS, etc.

Site survey has pictures of the locations where fiber cabling is needed for the LAN. If there is an existing wiring closet/rack in these locations and where equipment is there and confirm power.

fiber locations and the ###XX are marked as well.

This is a large fiber wiring project so keep that in mind.

NEED A TECH WHO CAN DO FIBER CABLING AS WELL.
