🔧Key Responsibilities

-> Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality web applications using PHP, Laravel, and modern development practices.
-> Lead technical decisions, guide junior developers, and ensure adherence to best coding standards and architecture principles.
-> Manage API integrations, database structures, and back-end logic with a strong focus on performance and security.
-> Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure smooth project delivery.
-> Oversee task management, timelines, and team collaboration to ensure projects stay on track.
-> Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
-> Participate actively in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
-> Evaluate and introduce modern tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance development productivity.

🛠Required Skills & Expertise

-> 2+ years of professional experience in PHP development.
-> Must be graduated in relevant field
-> Strong command over PHP OOP, Laravel Framework, MVC, and backend architecture.
-> Solid experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
-> Strong knowledge of MySQL / SQL*, database design, indexing, and query optimization.
-> Practical experience with *Unit Testing (PHPUnit) and clean coding principles.
-> Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Jira, and collaborative development workflows.
-> Understanding of Docker, Linux, and server-side environments (a strong plus).
-> Good understanding of front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
