This role offers the opportunity to work with modern development tools, AI-assisted coding, and microservice-based architectures. While Ruby on Rails will be your primary focus, you'll also collaborate on services built with technologies like Python and Go to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

โข Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack web applications using Ruby on Rails.
โข Build clean, scalable, and maintainable backend services and RESTful APIs.
โข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
โข Work on frontend components and integrate them seamlessly with backend services.
โข Contribute to microservices and backend components developed in Python, Go, or other technologies when required.
โข Integrate and optimize services across different parts of the application architecture.
โข Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability and performance.
โข Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
โข Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
โข Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
โข Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where required.

โข 4-5 years of professional experience in software development.
โข Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and full-stack web application development.
โข Good understanding of RESTful APIs, backend architecture, and scalable application design.
โข Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
โข Familiarity with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React.js, or similar frameworks.
โข Exposure to microservice architectures and distributed systems.
โข Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
โข Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
โข Exposure to Python, Go, or other backend technologies is highly desirable but not mandatory.
โข Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
โข Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
โข Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to work across different technologies when needed.
โข Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
