The Role: CSR (Customer Services Representative)
We work with multiple American clients in the field of Information Technology Services and project estimation. We are Pakistan's leading outsourcing network and growing at a rapid stance. We are looking for fresh and experienced people with excellent English communication skills. You will become a part of a multinational enterprise having a solid presence in Pakistan and The United States. You will get opportunities to learn about transferable sales, customer and team supporting and manage the market with your passionate skills along with industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Make the outbound calls to promote (IT) services
• Interact with customers via cold calls and generate qualified leads
• Encourage customers to buy services and products by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers
• Handle and manage and fulfil customer needs and requirements
• Respond and resolve customer inquiries
• Follow organization standards to maintain quality service
What We’re Looking For:
• Matriculation, Intermediate, O/A Levels, Graduate or above
• Neutral or American accent. Be proficient in English
• Excellent customer support, communication, and negotiation skills
