When you see someone coming early and sitting till late at the office, working harder than they're paid for, going the extra mile to deliver what is expected of them, doing more than what they're asked for in a job.

You'll literally see these beings running their own business in a short span of time. Because running one's own business is not 9 - 5, it's neither leaving the office when the clock strikes off nor considering things are done, it's not guaranteed what you'll be left with after paying salaries to your employees.
