I'm going to show you exactly what my content distribution looks like because I'm tired of people thinking you need some massive setup to look professional.
You don't. You just need to stop doing things manually that software can handle.
This is my actual workflow. I write a post, send it through a webhook, and it automatically goes to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and gets logged in my Airtable database. Takes about 90 seconds start to finish.
Before this I was that person with 47 browser tabs open, copying between platforms, inevitably messing something up, and wondering why I chose freelancing.
The thing nobody tells you about freelancing is that looking bigger than you are isn't about lying. It's about being systematic. Big companies have marketing teams. We have to be smarter about leverage.
Since setting this up my profile views are up 3x. Not because I'm posting more or better. Just because I'm finally consistent. Turns out algorithms really do reward that.
But the real win is mental. I used to dread content days. Now I actually enjoy it because it's not this giant time sink anymore. I create something once, hit go, and move on with my actual work.
If you want to know how I set this up I'm happy to share. It's honestly simpler than it looks. Most people just never take the afternoon to figure it out.
What's stopping you from automating the repetitive stuff in your business?
