*Urgent: IT End User Support Specialist Needed in Rzeszow, Poland*

We're looking for an experienced IT professional to join our team in Rzeszow, Poland as an IT End User Support Specialist. This is a contract position with our UAE-based company, working for one of our end clients in Poland.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide real-time IT operational support to end users
- Deploy and administer IT systems, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues
- Interact with end users, Support Coordinators, and Service Fulfillment Analysts
- Ensure system security and policy compliance

*Requirements:*

- At least 5 years of IT experience with hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure support
- Previous experience working in a global IT team is desirable
- Technical certifications such as MCP, CompTIA A+, ITIL, CCNA, etc. are a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with non-IT end users
- Flexibility in working hours to respond to emerging demands and events

· Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring technical problems and develop solutions.
