How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your selling account, please send us:
Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days for the ASINs listed below.
-- These documents must reflect your sales volume over the last 365 days.
-- Please include the business details for your supplier, including the business name, business phone number, business address, and website . We may contact your supplier to verify the documents. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier’s information.
-- You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASINs under review.

The client contacted us personally and discussed the case. We gave a positive response to the client and the account information We reviewed the complete account information and created and submitted a plan of action. Amazon replied to us,
We received your submission but cannot reactivate your account at this time because you are unable to provide valid invoices for the ASINs under review.

How do I reactivate my Amazon vendor account?
If you cannot provide the invoices that meet our requirements, you can still reactivate your account by providing the following information:

Copies of final invoices or receipts from a new supplier after Sep 6th 2022.
-- These documents should reflect at least 10 units of inventory

We submit invoices with a plan of action and after 5+ days Amazon responded to us that your account was reactivated.

Amazon deactivated the account due to misused branding and required documents.
After some time also deactivated the account due to inauthenticity of the product. And Amazon requires the last 365 days of invoices.
The client submitted the invoices but Amazon rejected the invoices saying the supplier was not authentic and did not meet Amazon's standards.
The client submitted multiple appeals but Amazon repeatedly denied and required an invoice.
The client contacted us on the Facebook platform in August. And we responded in the affirmative and had a full discussion about the case. We reviewed the account and spoke with Amazon. We submitted an plan of action but Amazon rejected our plan of action. But we again presented a strong plan of action and Amazon agreed to future invoices. we have checked whole account details and submit the valid plan of action. Amazon Allow us future invoices. we gave the future invoices to Amazon. finely Amazon gave us respond that your account has been reinstate .

Clint contacted me personally in August 2022 and discussed the case.
(Account Details)
Amazon Seller's account under temporary review and Seller fulfilled offer has been Deactivated in accordance with Section 3.
Total orders shipped 96, but original tracking ID was only 43, rest refund.
We have submitted an Plan of action. But Amazon refused and asked why 43 tracking ID as total order 96 shipped. So we discussed with Amazon several times on the call and then submitted the strong plan of action.
And then finally Amazon responds to us that your account has been reinstate.
The client was very happy and gave us a thank you bundle and said please work on our other account.
