Vacancy for Karachi (On-Site) based role for a Project Management for banking application which will be deployed in multiple financial Institutes of the Pakistan.
Candidate MUST posses following skills:
1. Oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term software project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.
2. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management and create detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
3. To ensure that the requirements gathering exercise is carried out effectively and requirements confirmed according to schedule.
4. To oversee project progress of its implementation and execute the project according to the project plan.
5. Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
6. Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project.
7. Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
8. Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
9. Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
10. Working as a part of project team. Ability to communicate clearly with stockholders, business user, and technical teams
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelorās degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
2. Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation
3. Knowledge & Experience:
- Stakeholder engagement
4. Required Skills:
- English language skills (verbal and written)
- Analytical skills
5. Tools:
- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
6. Extensive Travelling other cities (Lahore / Islamabad)
Experience:
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
